CANCELLATION POLICY

The time slot you booked has been specifically reserved for your appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment you must send a message at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment and your deposit will be transferred for a future appointment within 60 days of notice. However, providing less than 24 hours’ notice/no showing, will require you to pay a cancellation fee of 50% of your service total on top of forfeiting your deposit. A new deposit of $40 will be required in order to book a new appointment. In addition, if you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment it is considered a no-show; your appointment will be automatically cancelled along with a $50 fee and your deposit is forfeited and non-transferrable. Another deposit will need to be taken for another appointment. In most rare cases I may be able to still take you in depending on the availability, that's if communication has been made aware of. Please be aware that the delay in timing can interfere with the appointment and I will do what I can in the time given. Otherwise, we can figure something out for another day and time. There are absolutely no refunds or exceptions of any kind on any beauty services and trainings. All transactions are final and non-refundable. By agreeing to this policy as well as moving forward with booking your appointment, you acknowledge and accept the terms and conditions regarding cancellations, rescheduling, and payment. You also confirm that you have provided accurate information regarding your health and beauty preferences, through either Instagram DM, email, or text message, and understand that any changes to your appointment may incur additional fees.
